The bagel’s secrets are revealed.
As you ate your breakfast this morning, did you perhaps stop to consider your bagel? It may look humble, but the bagel has a very illustrious past. Did you know that the circular bread dates back at least as far as 1683? Or that no one in New York could make a bagel without the Bagel Bakers’ Union’s say so? The darks secrets of the bagel are revealed by Maria Balinska.
