Arms Control: President Obama Heads to Russia

President Obama will head to Russia next week with arms control on the agenda. President Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev may agree on the outline of a deal to reduce the stocks of deployed nuclear warheads to below 1,700 on each side.
