The U.S. Attorney prosecuting the corruption case has a higher profile than the Governor.
The man leading the case against Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich has a hard-charging, non-nonsense reputation for prosecuting both Democrats and Republicans alike. New York Times reporter Scott Shane has an updated profile of U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald.
