Back to the streets of Washington with Femi Oke

Tuesday, January 20, 2009

We return to The Takeaway's Femi Oke who is staked out on the crowded streets of Washington, D.C. She is shoving her microphone in front of anyone who will talk to her (and some who won't) in order to get the pulse of the scene.

Chowder

She has little knowledge of popular culture in this country. It would be funny if it weren't so frustrating. She's smart & good, but should not be in this job.

A "pop star"? Are you kidding me? Your commentator can't even identify who it is, or ask a bystander? She actually said "a pop star" and nothing more?
I've really tried to listen to this show, but this is the last straw. Sorry.
