Olivia Wilde with John Hockenberry (Alex Johnson/WNYC)

Olivia Wildeknown for her work on "House" and "Tron: Legacy," is also one of the reporter-storytellers in the new documentary Half the Sky. The documentary is based on the book of the same name by Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn.

We interviewed Olivia earlier this week and will air her interview tomorrow. Here's a clip and a quote:

"We went to Kenya. We focused on microfinance, and I got to meet a woman who had benefited from one of these small, locally-run, microfinancing organizations, and the woman was named Jane, she was a former sex worker, HIV positive, three children — all in-school because she was able to start this business of making dresses based on one loan from this organization that turned into more and more."
