This week's Follow Friday includes a look back at the first week of the 2012 London Olympics, the responses to Romney's recent trip to Israel, the financial firm trading glitch, and the July job numbers.

It seems the Obama economy and Romney's foreign trip is covered through a partisan fun house mirror.
Big issues are shrunken and little issues grotesquely enlarged depending on the political agenda of the news outlet.
The public must determine the true dimensions for themselves since the media has abdicated that role.

Have we been lied to so much with unserious political maneuvering that a politician actually telling the harsh truth is now considered a gaffe?
