At the end of the conversation, in connection with a few words about Hewlett Packard's decline, John mentioned Meg Whitman's endorsement of Romney. But Whitman was CEO of Ebay. Carly Fiorina, who also ran unsuccessfully for office in California, was once the CEO of HP. What accounts for your mistake? I suspect demon sheep.

So Gingrich can be tossed into the conversation but it is crass and boorish to mention fresh allegations Rev. Wright makes in the book The Amateur?
HP is forced to reduce it's work force but the leadership in California and the administration that help cause the downsizing are ignored?
What legal consequences would a CEO face if he or she mendaciously shifted blame for running up massive debt that the company cannot pay back by using faulty accounting tricks like the President just did recently?
