Iraqi security officials say more than 30 people have been killed in a series of bomb attacks across the country, and dozens more have been injured. Damon spoke with Iraq's Vice President Tareq al-Hashimi, who has been on the run after an arrest warrant was issued against him by Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.
