Since the end of violent crackdowns in early June, the Syrian city of Hama was a place where protesters celebrated and law enforcement was scarce. But after tens of thousands took to the streets over the weekend, government forces are reportedly back, and delivering a violent crackdown yet again. That and this morning's other top headlines.
