Choosing Foreclosure as Home Values Dip

As home values fall, more and more homeowners are walking away from their mortgage payments and foreclosing on their properties. And some say this is the right decision.

We talk with Roger Lowenstein, a contributing writer for The New York Times Magazine, and author of "The End of Wall Street" (April 2010). We also speak with Marlene McGuire who walked away from her home in Colorado and now lives with her husband in a mobile home.
