Takeaway Washington correspondent Todd Zwillich spends much of his days roaming the halls of the Capitol. We're bringing you some of the conversations he has with lawmakers and other insiders on the Hill.

Here Todd catches Democratic Congressman Alan Grayson of Florida. Grayson had just voted against raising the federal debt limit, which passed by a close margin. Todd asks him why he voted no and hears Grayson's views on why Washington is mired in gridlock right now.
