Royal Wedding Fever Spreads

Five thousand police officers will be on duty this Friday to ensure the royal wedding is a "safe, secure and happy event." That compares to eight thousand members of the foreign press in London. The BBC's Nick Higham reports on the preparation for the global event as news organizations are preparing for their live coverage of the event (and Kate Middleton's dress).
