Nanny Lit's New Voice: Victoria Brown

Monday, April 11, 2011

'Nanny lit' may have turned heads years ago in the publishing world, but there's a new voice — and a new book — getting people excited about the genre. I worked my way through undergraduate school driving a taxi in NYC, and later spent six years training a largely immigrant population in the taxi industry's pre-licensure course. Stories like the one written by Victoria Brown chronicle an essential part of the New York experience. Thanks for airing this segment.
