President Obama is releasing a plan for immigration reform this week. A group of senators nicknamed the Gang of Eight are also releasing a proposal for immigration reform. Senator Robert Menendez (D) of New Jersey is a member of that group and explains what the plan entails.

Senator Robert Menendez (D-New Jersey) is heralding a bill called the "Big Oil Bailout Prevention Act." The legislation would increase the amount of money oil companies would have to pay in the case of a spill from $75 million to $10 billion.
