Gadhafi and are not willing to meet with his representatives, as long as he continues to attack and kill his own people.

In a recent visit to the hospital, Harter spoke with a pro-Democracy fighter who was severly wounded in the fighting. He told her he'd do it all again and that his family was proud of him.
