With regard to the link between a man's height and his earning capability, you have not mentioned the possibility that it is not so much a matter of causation as correlation. Perhaps boys who were better fed at an early age had a better education _and_ were able to grow taller?

I beg to differ on that opinion. You are leaving genetics out of the equation. You can't just eat well and grow taller!

Well, of course not. But if you don't eat well, you certainly won't grow to your genetic potential.

I think to characterize any of these men as attractive is a bit of a stretch to to say the least. Wait until we have Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton then ask which of these men is more attractive :-) Just kidding... could not resist.. nuff respect to Hillary...
