As the Democratic candidates leave North Carolina and Indiana and head into the final leg of the primary season, we're asking you to create new slogans for the Clinton and Obama campaigns. Post your slogan to our Web site by clicking "get in the mix," email it to mytake@thetakeaway.org, or leave it on our SpinVox line, 1-877-8-MY-TAKE. John and Adaora will read or play back the best of them on the air.

"I am always reminded when I hear slogans of a poster that I saw once that said to every complex and knotty problem on this earth there is a simple solution: and it's wrong. So I always distrust slogans."

"My suggestion for one of Obama's slogans is Join the Obamarama."

Hillary should change her whole campaign name to "Hi-C" for younger voter appeal.

I'm so shocked that not one producer has responded to the dozens of remarks on this blog. Are you even reading this feedback? People are deeply unhappy with The Takeaway, and it's no wonder. John Hockenberry is so pretentious it literally drips out of my radio speakers. And Adora Udoji was a trainwreck at CNN. She's even worse on radio. The format just rattles me first thing in the morning.
So what is WNYC going to do about it? Do we have to put up with this show in the mornings from now on? Can't you plug it into an afternoon time slot?

Is that mean and petty? Sorry, but you and John are about as awkward as two people meeting each other for the first time at a ballroom dance class. Go check out the “naked scientist” show: www.thenakedscientists.com. Male and female hosts, guests, interviews, call in’s, email input, all remarkably well choreographed, informative and enlightening. Sure, it’s a science show but the topic’s not the point. Check out the production quality relative to the Take Away. And by the way, for that true believer fan out there, these people are *literally* geniuses. Check out their professional credentials. Anyway, it’s a model the Take Away might wish to emulate. It’s your format but it works.
