In Japan for his final G8 meeting, President Bush sidesteps climate change issues

President Bush joins other foreign heads of state in his last G8 conference. This year, the gathering of world leaders focuses on greenhouse gas emissions, global economic woes and African aid. Will the president be able to promote U.S. policy effectively or is he a lame duck in the world's eyes?
