It’s a busy week for the State Department. Yesterday, outgoing Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testified before Congress on the American consulate attack in Benghazi. Today, Senator John Kerry, Democrat from Massachusetts, faces his Senate colleagues for his secretary of state confirmation hearings.
If these comments from Senator John McCain, a Republican from Arizona, are any indication, it sounds like Kerry might have an easier time than Clinton did. Senator Bob Corker, Republican from Tennessee, seemed to speak for most senators when he told his home state paper, "I think Kerry probably will sail through, just to be candid."

What country exactly has Obama "repaired" relations with?? Russia- who just passed legislation banning American adoptions. Egypt - where they are now burning American flags in the street. England - who has told us to mind our own business. This is truly a baffling statement. Is there ANY country we are are better terms with now?
