Lt. General Russel Honoré knows a thing or two about hurricanes. Honere was commander of Joint Task Force Katrina, where he was responsible for coordinating military relief efforts for Hurricane Katrina-affected areas across the Gulf Coast.
He weighs in with how this hurricane is similar to and different from Katrina and shares his biggest concerns for before, during and after Sandy hits land.
