Google has announced significant changes to the company's executive line-up, as chief executive Eric Schmidt hands over his management role to Google co-founder Larry Page. The changes are set to take effect on April 4th, and it is unclear if they are permanent. Jeff Jarvis is the author of What Would Google Do?
