Am I missing something here or did the Supreme Court just grant U.S. citizenship rights (free speech) to foreigners? Halliburton, for example, is registered in the Caymans. Even corporations based in the U.S. have in some cases a preponderance of non-U.S. citizens running their boards and owning their shares. If the Court majority truly believe that corporations are people (an absurd proposition in my opinion) then should the corporations be held to the same standards of citizenship as individual, human Americans?
