Hundreds of thousands of Haitians in the U.S. are still unable to reach their relatives. Phone lines in Haiti are still down and the Internet connection has been unreliable.
We talk with Bazelais Jean-Baptiste, a Haitain living in Brooklyn, Reverend Daniel Ulysee whose Brooklyn congregants are from Haiti, and Ruth Morris, a producer for WLRN Miami who has been speaking with the Haitian community in South Florida about the difficulties of tracking down their loved ones.
