The U.S. government is allowing Haitian immigrants here to get Temporary Protected Status as the country tries to recover from the earthquake there. But scam artists are trying to charge exorbitant fees. The Manhattan district attorney explains the scam.

Marjean's group has hosted legal clinics for Boston's Haitian community, trying to educate them of the threat of these scams.
