The choice of Mr. Barry reflects Takeaway's commitment to cutting edge and wry analyses of important local and global human events. And a savvy desire to get in good with the witty people that are his fans.
May? We have to wait until MAY for the new book? Might as well go back into hibernation. Somebody wake me up on the last day of whatever month comes before May. Thanks.
Despite the blurb above, the topic of the interview is not Dave's forthcoming book. The topic is Miami, in all its shark-on-public-transit glory, and whether it could save itself from its past reputation.
What I want to know is when Dave's going to write the definitive book on 24.
When did Dave find time to write a book? Personally I cannot wait for this latest book.
Siouxie, the topic is ... there's a topic?
Oh yeah, 24 is on tonight.
Is that the topic?
What's the topic?
Hey, thanks for putting on Miami's own Dave Barry on day one!
