Jim, perhaps you could email us over here some of your thoughts on NASCAR? thanks for listening. i will be sure to improve the quality of the NASCAR reporting. I am not sure there is a typical NASCAR enthusiast, i am sure there are more nontraditional fans than we would like to assume.
I thought it was a nice ease into Nascar. I live in Indiana and am therefore a big fan. Your sports guy doesn't have all the facts but for a non traditional venue like the Take Away, it was a good try. Keep the Nascar stuff coming!
I was really excited to hear that you were reporting on NASCAR. Although I live in NYC and probably don't fit the typical NASCAR demographic I love NASCAR. But wow, your sports editor really needs a quick tutorial on that sport. That was a disappointing and basically a really lame attempt by The Takeaway to report on something a bit different than your standard sports news.
