This is the best idea in the world. In order for America to absorb the extra housing, you need to allow people with money into the country.

All of us are immigrants. I truly believe that this country will slowly lose its power/advantage over the rest of the world when it ceases (or slows down) its immigration of new people.
It is unacceptable to sell US residence or citizenship.
