it's legal. leave him alone. He's an adult, and he knows the health risks. Obama isn't breaking laws by smoking, and neither am I. Reporters, just leave it alone!
i smoked a pack a day for more than 20 years. i quit smoking at least a dozen times before i finally managed to quit for good in 1999. it's a hard habit to break and i don't envy the president trying to accomplish it with so much stress on his plate.
