Do you remember the headlines of a few months back, when AIG handed out $165 million in bonuses after taking a federal handout? Well, so does the Obama administration. This week they are poised to announce a new set of regulations on executive compensation. They are also nominating a so-called Pay Czar to monitor executive compensation.
