September 11th, 2001, was the first day of school for John Hockenberry’s twin daughters. He looks back at that day and the lessons he and daughters learned.

I guess the only way to describe my complete and utter befuddlement to how absolujtely awesome this was is to remember when I downloaded a song of napster of an "NEW Ani Song about 911(live bootleg recording).mp3" of the first performance of a song that would morth into "Self Evident", which has been covered by chuck d. I know you would like it , Mr. hockenberry.

This really could be the basis for Spokeman 2, a play that I have dreamnt about for years. Still miffed you cancelled the spokeman tour, because driving out to olympia washington to see you would have been cool.
