Endangered:
People who know how to grow their own ( HEALTHY) food and food for others in their communities, FARMERS, real, small diversified farmers that grow a variety of healthy food that can actually feed their neighbors, not commodity crops.
THe old fashioned breeds of animals are again being used, not enough of them, and the old fashioned ways of feeding ourselves need to be encouraged, taught, and supported, and are, but there aren't enough skilled farmers to go around!
